		<description>&lt;b&gt;does the toilet ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; does the toilet make a mark on the linoleum once it has been sitting a while?  If so, you would have to change the linoleum anyway if you got a new toilet.  I think it would look nicer pulling the toilet though and provide protection for wood flooring below the toilet if that is what you have.</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;PULL THE TOILET!  ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; PULL THE TOILET!  It is so easy to remove and replace it that is almost a crime not to do pull it.
The last person to lay vinyl flooring in my bathroom did not pull the toilet. Not only was the calking around the toilet a real mess to clean up but they missed a good opportunity to inspect and change out the wax ring. My wax ring was completely deteriorated and water leakage has damaged my subfloor. I’m now in the middle of cutting a section of my sub floor because of the water damage. </description>
